Google Maps is experiencing a problem that is causing some users to see the following issues with their tours.

This is a broader issue affecting Google Maps, regardless if you are using the Street View App, or another publishing platform.

Please note that this is not a bug with us. Google is aware of this and is working on a solution. Once Google engineers put their fix in, the issues you are experiencing with your tours should resolve themselves. As a worst case scenario, we will re-publish the tours you are having issues with, but we do not anticipate this.

Google is updating this thread as new information becomes available.
